runtime/fundamentals/configuration.md,runtime/reference/cli/compile.md, andruntime/reference/web_platform_apis.mdall add new Deno 2.8 documentation but keep their oldlast_modifiedvalues (2026-03-09,2026-03-12, and2025-05-09). Please bump those dates with the content changes so the page freshness metadata stays accurate.
